R&B artist Estelle (Estelle Fanta Swaray) recently featured her latest goodwill foundation All of Me, a venture providing inner city youth with character-building national and international experiences. The event took place on Jan 19^th 2011 at the Salon Millensime of the Carlton Hotel in NYC. 360 Induced, as it was called, involved a select group of 150 top level New York socialites and headliners spanning the realms of public service, music, finance, fashion, media, and entertainment.

Estelle, who has climbed in the charts since 2004 with her singles 1980 and Free as well as with a collaboration involving the rapper Kanye West to produce the single “American Boy,” is currently working on her third album which shares a name with her foundation, All of Me.

The organization aims to “expan[d] young people’s knowledge base by providing significant exposure to real life work experiences, hands-on activities that challenge their decision making process, and intense cross cultural volunteer projects abroad.” The program specifically mentors small groups of inner city youth in NYC and this year is will be sending students to London for two week volunteer assignments.

The rest of 360 Induced, co-hosted by artist Ne-Yo and New York fashion and media-man Avi Oster, featured live music by Estelle and Ne-Yo himself, and was intended as a forum to breed “cross-pollination” between power-players in different industries to create new ideas and collaborative opportunities, a common theme of interest for the frequent philanthropist Oster who currently serves on the board of directors for the All of Me Foundation.
